Providing Contract Staffing & Consulting Services to Construction Projects Around the America
OCEANBOUND FIELD SERVICES is excited to be a small part of some of the most prestigious construction projects happening all over America.
With a growing portfolio of construction experiences, OCEANBOUND is working hard to continue providing industry-leading contract staffing and professional services to large scale, commercial construction projects nationwide.
Take a look at a select few projects OCEANBOUND has been part of in the past few years!

Semiconductor Manufacturing Fabrication Plants
Project Owner: Intel – Ocotillo Campus
Location & Year: Chandler, AZ – 2022-24
OBFS Tenure: Continuous, 2 years
Intel’s $20 billion expansion initiative includes the construction of two advanced semiconductor fabs in Ocotillo located in Chandler, AZ.
Fab 52 and Fab 62
These fabs will continue to be build over the next several years.
Hangar One-NASA hanger Restoration
Project Owner: Google
Location & Year: Sunnyvale, CA – 2024
OBFS Tenure: Continuous, 10 months
Areas of Hangar One were surrounded with scaffolding and encased to keep materials inside. The steel frame was primed and repainted to protect it from the elements until adding siding, windows, and doors can begin.
As each section is complete, several structural upgrades were also made – to ensure the enormous hangar is seismically stable, for example – as well as other mechanical, plumbing, electric, landscape, and hardscape improvements.

Gigafactory EV Battery Plant
Project Owner: Samsung & Stellantis (Jeep & Dodge) JV
Location & Year: Kokomo, IN – 2023
OBFS Tenure: Continuous, 10 months
Targeted to launch in the first quarter of 2025, the plant aims to have an initial annual production capacity of 23 gigawatt-hours (GWh), with an aim to increase to 33 GWh in the next few years. The new facility will supply battery modules for a range of vehicles produced at Stellantis’ North America assembly plants.
A second plant in Kokomo, IN is expected to start production in early 2027 and have an annual capacity of 34 gigawatt hours.
4 Semiconductor Wafer Fab Plants
Project Owner: Texas Instruments(TI)
Location & Year: Sherman, TX – 2023-24
OBFS Tenure: Continuous, 1 year
Texas Instruments is building out four, 300-millimeter, semiconductor wafer fabrication plants in Sherman, Texas, that will manufacture millions of analog and embedded processing chips daily that will go into electronics everywhere. Production from the first fab is expected as early as 2025. The potential $30 billion investment includes plans for up to four connected fabs (SM1, SM2, SM3, SM4) that will support our customers’ demand for decades to come

Semiconductor Manufacturing
Project Owner: TSMC
Location & Year: Phoenix, 2022 – Present
OBFS Tenure: Periodic, 2+ years
Since their announcement to build large scale semiconductor capacities in the United States, TSMC’s initial investment grew $12B and increasing its total investment to $40B following the construction of a second fab.
In 2024, with $6.6B in direct funding from the US Department of Commerce, TSMC will be moving forward with a third fab, bringing their total U.S. investment to more than $65 billion, making this the largest foreign direct investment (FDI) in Arizona history, and the largest FDI in a greenfield project in U.S. history.
