Following years of experience in hiring EHS & QC personnel we learned that the most dedicated, honest and coachable professionals were those just starting off in their career. We were able to grow as a team and become a tight operating unit. Exciting to be sure! However, there are times when our client or the owner requires a single manager level professional that is more turnkey in nature – we hire the experienced folks for that. But guess what?
