Transparent Pricing

ECONOMY OF SCALES RATES

For large scale (20+ headcount) orders of project-duration staffing. 

We will create a bespoke pricing structure for you based on economy of scales. Why should only manufacturers get this benefit?

WITH THIS OPTION we focus less on margin and more on quantity which achieves our LOWEST RATES POSSIBLE.

As we grow, there will be a natural synergistic rate sharing where downward pressure if placed on all rates within our ecosystem. Gotta love market economies!

COST PLUS (+) Rates

Another play out of the manufacturing industry’s playbook (Oil & Gas, too). We maintain our transparent approach to pricing by:

  1. Being honest and detailed about employee acquisition cost (hourly wage, benefits, etc)

  2. State and Federal payroll taxes (typically between 14-21%)

STATE BASED RATE

We don’t automatically assume a potential customer appreciates the ease of nationwide blanket pricing. We recognize the value position of rating our project-duration staff according to the State in which they are working on your behalf. 

Project owners have smart people working for them. Chances are they chose a particular state, in large part, for its financial appeal (tax structure/incentives, cost of labor, cost land, etc).

RATES BASED ON:

1) State payroll and income tax structure

2) Cost of Labor associated to similar roles in that state.

In other words, we will not bill you the same rate for work in Kansas as we do for work in California.

NATIONWIDE BLANKET RATE

Sometimes it is just easier to have nationwide blanket rate. One or two numbers, that’s it. Predictable, stable, easy. We get it.
