It’s a conundrum to be sure. Our founder experienced the same thing when first graduating from business school years ago. The person that finally gave him a shot, in a field where he had no experience, change his life forever, for the better! 

Following years of experience in hiring EHS personnel we learned that the most dedicated, honest and coachable professionals were those just starting off in their career. We were able to grow as a team and become a tight operating unit. Exciting to be sure! However, there are times when our client or the owner requires a single manager level professional that is more turnkey in nature – we hire the experienced folks for that. But guess what?
