Typically due to governmental (local, state and federal) regulatory requirements. However, every year more and more owner clients and general contractors are requiring EHS and QC compliance standards that exceed governmental requirements or have specific requirements of their own which are unaddressed by those same government entities.  

Absolutely! We currently offer a narrow set of services for two reasons:

1. We are a small-business that demands excellence and a responsibly executed business strategy of itself. Growing too fast can be detrimental and offering a dozen service lines lends itself to a ‘jack-of-all-trades’ business model, which just isn’t us. 

2. We seek organic growth. That organic growth comes directly from our existing valued clients that may one day seek complimentary services we may not currently offer. We are happy to be flexible and grow with your needs. Just drop a line and we can talk!
